The Philippines has always been one of the countries with the greatest importance of automobiles. Due to the great need for new vehicle brands to be exhibited each year, the first Manila International Auto Show was inaugurated in April 2005. In 2006, it was presented by CAMPI (Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc.) and other industry partners. Since then, the exhibition has been presented annually at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in the city of Manila, Philippines.
